POS Profits Return Policy
Returns must be pre-approved by POS Profits prior to acceptance. Software is non returnable. All non-defective hardware is subject to a 25% re stocking fee. Returns must be approved by POS Profits within 15 days of your reception. All returns must have a valid RMA # clearly marked on the outer container. Returns must also include all manuals, cables, supplies, and any other included equipment. Returns must be in NEW RESALABLE condition. Shipping fees to return the item will be at your expense. Any damage during shipment is the responsibility of their carrier and a claim must be filed with them.
We will never sell or give your e-mail address (or any other information about you) to anyone else without your permission. Period! We created this policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.
